We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist – Technical Recruitment who currently resides in North Mumbai. In this role you will use web-based tools like Linked-in, Google, etc. to search for potential candidates for jobs based in USA. The Sourcer will also spend time looking for contact information for these candidates and collaborate with recruiters that are based in USA. Ideally, the right person is someone that has a high level of natural curiosity and excellent research skills

Responsibilities and Duties

Research relevant profiles from various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) as per the position’s requirements.
Look for contact information for candidates using tools like ZoomInfo, Connectifier, Hiretual, Prophet, Lusha etc.
Use strong analytical abilities to develop creative sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with US based recruiters to research and calibrate candidate profiles.
Work closely with team members based in India.
Accomplish multifaceted research and sourcing projects. May also be called up for other areas as needed.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Physiology, Biology, Bioinformatics or related field required.
At least 2 years work experience in recruiting is a plus.
Good English skills. Must be able to communicate with English speaking team members over telephone and email.
Must be organized, a team player, show initiative, and be results-oriented
Strong analysis skills. Must be able to think out-of-the-box.
Demonstrated ability to engage and work with senior leadership up to and including C-Suite professionals is required.
Must have a Research or “always willing to learn” attitude.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, within a given timeframe.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn additional software tools.
