Besides the challenges of dealing with teams, their motivation, providing guidance and feedback, the Director of Engineering Fintech was required to master a complex set of technologies and tools. Easy? Not at all. Impossible? Nope. A great experience, and as a bonus we found these useful insights we learnt in the process.
